In each cardiorecorder in section Menu/network set up/Modem/GPRS adjustment/automatic  the list of the countries, and in each country the list of national operators of service GSM/GPRS with already set parametres APN (Access Point Name) — the name of a point of access for data transfer is resulted. 

 If your operator which SIM-card is established in кардиорегистратор, is not present in the list of options you should choose set up profile …/GPRS options/ Manual and in the APN network of your operator.
